As an IT Specialist I, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and services to the organization, ensuring the effective and efficient use of technologies through IT business governance frameworks, guiding principles, and IT policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approach change positively and adjust behaviors accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of staff and management.
  • Serve as the primary IT Change Management (ITCM) Coordinator and facilitate ITCM processes.
  • Communicate information regarding IT policy, technology, and issues effectively at all levels.
  • Identify areas of improvement, provide research and recommend opportunities to automate change processes.
  • Exhibit professional demeanor and establish and maintain cooperative relations.
  • Work effectively as a team player and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Collect, track, and report data.
