Job Summary

The Enterprise IT Solutions and Innovation Division provides solutions development and related support services aimed at delivering and optimizing the CalSTRS enterprise-wide, technology-based solutions to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business analysis for custom application development, COTS and SaaS product deployment, implementation, and system integration
  • Business-centric prototyping for cloud and innovation
  • Leading teams to digital transformation and cultural transformation to agile, innovation, and high performing
  • Developing functional design, technical pilots, and innovative solutions
Requirements
  • Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment and be a change champion
  • Ability to advocate and lead teams to digital transformation and cultural transformation to agile, innovation, and high performing
  • Ability to lead by example and develop functional design, technical pilots, and innovative solutions
  • Possess professional certificate in IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) or other globally recognized Business Analysis certificate, Agile (e.g. Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum Master), and/or AWS/Azure/GCP
