Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D Revit models of buildings, interiors, and landscapes, as well as producing photorealistic renders for marketing materials and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Modeling: work with internal team to create detailed 3D Revit models of buildings, interiors, and landscapes.
  • Rendering: produce photorealistic renders, including exteriors, interiors, and aerial views for marketing materials and client presentations that reflect the project's vision.
  • Presentation graphics: work with project teams to create illustrative drawings, including site plans, floor plans, sections, and elevations for presentation purposes.
  • Improve the visual assets of the office for web and marketing purposes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a renderer with a portfolio to support.
  • Ability to use multiple Adobe programs to reflect the design intent and vision of the project through the graphic arts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building structures, and interior design.
  • 5 years minimum experience in an architecture or visualization firm.
