We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Handbag Specialist to join our team at Macy's La Cumbre Plaza. As a Handbag Specialist, you will be the face of Patricia Nash Designs, showcasing our exquisite handbags and accessories to customers and driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Patricia Nash Designs' products, including features, benefits, and styling options.
• Collaborate with the store team to drive sales and achieve sales goals.
• Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure a clean and organized sales floor.
• Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales and merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn and adapt to new products and promotions.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise, as well as stand for long periods.
