Patricia Nash Handbag Specialist

As a Handbag Specialist for Patricia Nash Designs, you will be responsible for driving sales and building brand awareness for our handbags and accessories at Macy's La Cumbre Plaza location.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising, and communicate with management to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
• Build and maintain product displays in compliance with company standards, submitting photos and recaps in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date on product information, promotions, and advertising to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and back stock, adhering to company standards.
• Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals and support the team.
• Be flexible with hours, including potential increases during holiday seasons or key events.

• 2+ years of selling and merchandising experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to move and handle merchandise throughout the store.
• Must be able to lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, bend, reach, and kneel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business needs dictate.
