Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Patent Litigation Specialist to join our esteemed legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Drafting and prosecuting patent applications before various patent offices.
  • Providing expert legal counsel on patentability, infringement, and validity.
  • Managing and optimizing patent portfolios to align with client business strategies.
  • Collaborating with inventors and technical experts to assess and understand innovations.

  • Preparing legal opinions and correspondence related to patent matters.

Qualifications:

  • Admission to practice before the USPTO.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in patent prosecution, particularly in technology sectors.
  • A strong technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to manage a substantial patent prosecution docket effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • An advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant technical field.
  • Experience in patent litigation or licensing.
  • Prior experience in an intellectual property law firm.
