Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reconciliations of all financial transactions, including credit card processing, occupancy rates, room charges, and cash drawer activities.
- Ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and satisfying stay.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management and department leaders.
- Assist with various administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, manage reservations and check-ins, coordinate housekeeping and security requests, resolve guest issues, and perform other front desk duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in computer systems is essential; familiarity with accounting or reservation software is advantageous.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that accommodates overnight shifts is necessary.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
