About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at OHSO Brewery and Distillery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and brewery, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of inventory management and purchasing to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure operational standards and goals are met, and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and coaching to ensure they meet their roles and responsibilities.
  • Oversee the development and growth of our leadership team and hourly staff.
  • Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives and drive business growth.
  • Schedule and oversee all departments, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in FOH restaurant management.
  • Title 4 Liquor Certification.
  • Food Handlers Certification (Serve Safe Certification a plus).
  • Aloha POS experience a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of beer and spirits.
  • Emphasis on guest relations and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
