Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage local inventory, forecasting, and logistics to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, overseeing audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Manage employee development, creating work plans and individual development plans to ensure growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing others in a safety-driven culture.
  • Experience in field service activities, warehouse procedures, and customer interface.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
  • Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal, and communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Working knowledge of safety and environmental practices and regulations, including OSHA compliance.
