Role Description

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary connector among diverse teams from Software, Hardware, and Design, all aimed at launching groundbreaking new products. Collaborating closely with engineers and managers from our Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Silicon, and Product Integrity teams, you will define, schedule, track, and guide the efforts for these innovative products. Your role will involve delivering executive-level communications and presentations to facilitate the decision-making process. You will be responsible for clearly and effectively conveying the overall program status while identifying and resolving critical bottlenecks and interdependencies within complex projects. This position demands exceptional interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across various organizations within Apple.

A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one component of our comprehensive compensation package and is determined within a specified range. This structure allows for growth as you develop within your role. The base pay range for this position is between $136,300 and $248,700, with actual pay depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, discounts on products and services, and reimbursement for certain educational expenses related to career advancement at Apple. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments, as well as relocation assistance.
