LPN Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cary Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with our healthcare team, and contributing to our commitment to excellence in long-term care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing resident needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatment protocols.
  • Supervising CNAs, ensuring they meet our high standards for care delivery.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • A valid LPN license.
  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation facilities preferred.
