About the Job:

  1. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create personalized treatment plans
  2. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records in electronic medical files
  4. Collaborate with physicians to develop effective care strategies
  5. Develop and implement patient education programs
  6. Manage patient referrals and ensure seamless transitions in care
  7. Foster strong relationships with patients and colleagues
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Key Qualifications:

  • NC Board of Nursing or NC Medical Board certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Neurology, Sleep, or related fields
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with EMRs
