Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families through the implementation of a personalized plan of care. This plan is based on a thorough assessment of the patient's physical, psychological, and socioeconomic needs, as well as physician orders regarding care, treatment, and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A valid Registered Nurse license.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a nursing-related field.
