We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system and network administration, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The role requires excellent communication skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and users. Key responsibilities include installing and configuring software and hardware, managing network servers and technology tools, setting up accounts and workstations, monitoring performance, and maintaining systems according to requirements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring security through access controls, backups, and firewalls, and upgrading systems with new releases and models. Additionally, they will develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.

Requirements
  • BA Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in System or Network Administration
  • Familiarity with various operating systems such as HelpDesk or Office 365
  • Solution-driven mindset
