  • Administrative and Support Tasks
    • Assist with inventory management, including stocking refrigerators and freezers.
    • Organize and plan meals, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
    • Provide input to the Kitchen Supervisor on menu planning and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school graduate or equivalent required.
    • Training in food preparation for therapeutic diets and recent institutional cooking experience preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations.
    • Valid TN driver's license required.
