Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and refine financial reporting processes
  • Develop and optimize reporting systems

Technical Skills Required:

Financial Management:
  • Automate month-end closing procedures
  • Streamline month-end reporting
  • Enhance visibility into costing and manufacturing variances

Inventory Control:
  • Conduct inventory analysis and management

Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in the budgeting process
  • Support automation across various business functions
  • Occasional travel to other company locations may be required

Systems Development:
  • Support the enhancement of financial systems, including:
    • XA ERP
    • Ceridian payroll
    • Time and attendance systems
    • Salesforce
    • Production data collection
    • Power BI reporting

Project Management:
  • Map and optimize business processes
  • Collaborate with the CFO on project planning and budgeting
  • Coordinate tasks between internal teams and external partners
  • Monitor project timelines and costs
  • Document reporting and master data requirements
  • Facilitate communication across departments including Sales, Production, and Customer Service

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Accounting qualification
  • Experience in accounting or business analysis
  • Familiarity with systems implementation is a plus
  • Attention to detail is essential
