About the Role:
The Senior Industrial Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency of the health system through advanced analytics, technology integration, and consulting services that facilitate informed decision-making and improved performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee assigned operations, manage work standards, identify cost-saving opportunities, and lead special engineering initiatives aimed at driving operational efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison with various segments of Business Enablement to enhance operational coordination and standardization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enterprise productivity tools.
- Conduct comprehensive business process activities, including reviewing, creating, controlling, and refining business processes.
- Develop innovative solutions leveraging industrial engineering principles, advanced statistical models, and practical insights.
- Assist leadership in formulating project strategies, crafting project plans, and conducting cost/benefit analyses to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Analyze business requirements, specifications, design requirements, and testing efforts for process improvement and analytical projects.
- Consult with organizational leaders on standard time measures, work sample analysis, and performance measurement methodologies.
- Apply statistical modeling and mathematical techniques to assess operational process performance and staffing needs.
- Enhance workflows by analyzing process flowcharts and recommending modifications to workflows and procedures.
- Propose methods for optimizing personnel utilization, technology deployment, and tool development.
- Utilize your expertise in statistical quality control, business intelligence innovation, project management, and organizational change.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in applying industrial engineering principles, including process documentation, mapping, and governance procedures.
- At least 1 year of experience utilizing time and motion studies.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in applying statistical methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power BI and/or SQL.
- Familiarity with capacity planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of data mining methods and optimization techniques.
- Proven experience applying industrial engineering principles in service industries.
- Demonstrated success as a change agent in process engineering transformations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, storytelling, change management, time/project management, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
