About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Vice President to oversee the operating performance of all properties and key personnel within a specified region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve budgeted expectations and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with Regional Property Managers and support staff to meet occupancy, budget, and profit standards at each property.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Regional Property Managers in interviewing, hiring, developing, and assessing personnel throughout the region.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all properties in the region and provide feedback to Regional Property Managers.
  • Develop and train key personnel to improve production and profitability levels.
  • Field calls from residents and authorize policy exceptions as circumstances dictate.
  • Enforce business operations within the guidelines established by Willow Bridge Property Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a multi-site supervisory role in property management.
  • High Rise, Lease up & New construction experience required.
  • CPM or CPM candidate preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Property Management Software experience (Yardi preferred).
  • Valid driver's license.
