Position Overview

Integrity Communications Solutions, Inc is on the lookout for a MILSATCOM Systems Specialist with an Active DoD Secret Clearance. This role will contribute to the development of advanced Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) systems. You will play a key role in designing and coordinating a Protected MILSATCOM system, emphasizing requirements verification through Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). Your expertise will guide system users and warfighters, advising on essential engineering design requirements, including frameworks and concepts such as digital engineering, digital twinning, simulations, and API development. Further specifics will be discussed during the interview process, allowing for job personalization based on your unique skills and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in software development with a focus on testing and evaluation.
  • Contribute to framework development, requirements gathering, and architectural design.
  • Possess knowledge of satellite operations and payloads, particularly in protected SATCOM.
  • Generate Systems Engineering architecture, requirements, and design documentation.
  • Define software and hardware interfaces effectively.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of operational mission ground systems.
  • Apply knowledge of Ground and Space Command and Control (C2) concepts to facilitate mission integration across space domain mission areas.
  • Experience in software analysis, modeling, and simulation is advantageous (e.g., SQL, MATLAB, STK, Scripting, etc.).
  • Familiarity with web applications and satellite ground systems.
  • Participate in hardware/software integration tasks.
  • Understand spacecraft subsystems, hardware, telemetry, and command & control operations.
  • Develop ground application software as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and definition of Space Enterprise architectures, requirements, and capabilities.
  • Collaborate across various mission programs, including Ground systems, Satellite programs, and networks.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required - with the potential to upgrade to Top Secret.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline, along with 2+ years of engineering experience, is essential.

Compensation: Salary Range: $105k-$130k based on experience.
