Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project engineers, superintendents, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including safety, quality, and schedule risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in concrete construction project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.
  • Project set up, budget planning, buy out, and cost reporting experience is a must.
  • Good understanding of critical path scheduling.
  • Experience leading successful project teams, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP or LEED AP.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Procore or MS Project.
