As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and retention strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and retention strategies to meet company growth objectives and customer demands.
  • Lead and manage a team of channel managers to cultivate strategic partnerships with sales vendors and agents.
  • Oversee relationships with third-party call centers handling inbound and outbound sales and retention campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer retention rates, and other key metrics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, channel management, preferably within the energy sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of cultivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Familiarity with call center technologies and practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Experience with both electricity and natural gas.
