Customer Service Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer concerns.
- Enter service and supply requests, and follow up with customers as necessary.
- Research and respond to billing inquiries, including questions regarding meter readings, program types, and rate changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient PC and keyboarding skills, with the ability to multi-task and type 25 wpm.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
