Customer Service Manager

Akina Pharmacy, a family-owned business with a 10-year history of enriching lives through compounded medicine, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the team to achieve exceptional service standards, holding team members accountable for their performance, and ensuring they embody the company's core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer service team to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies that align with the company's goals
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for team growth and implement training programs
  • Oversee the management of customer interactions across all channels to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  • Manage defined daily qualitative and quantitative targets, including specific numbers of outbound calls, inbound calls, emails/chat requests handled, and order transactions completed

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience acting as a customer service manager
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer service or related experience
  • Experience working with a compounding/specialty pharmacy or medical center (preferred but not required)
