About Us:
Fleet Landing at Nocatee is on the verge of launching a new Life Care Community campus in Ponte Vedra, FL. Our vision is to create a resort-style retirement community that emphasizes wellness and an enriching lifestyle within the esteemed Nocatee community.

Your Role:
As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our future community and its independent living options. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about building relationships and can effectively communicate our vision to prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential residents through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Generate enthusiasm for our upcoming community.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality.
  • Maintain comprehensive electronic records of interactions.
  • Consistently achieve lead generation and referral targets.

Qualifications:
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or English, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of three years of consumer sales experience, preferably in a senior living environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management is advantageous.
