Job Title: Director of Engineering

This is a senior-level engineering leadership opportunity for professionals with a track record of leading successful engineering teams in the development and delivery of manufacturing equipment, including pumps and compressors, for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, or chemical industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering teams in the development and delivery of manufacturing equipment, including pumps and compressors.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize engineering projects and initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
  • More than 15 years' experience developing industrial processing and manufacturing equipment for an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the mineral processing, agricultural, food and beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • At least five years of engineering management experience, with direct reports and budget management experience.
  • Deep firsthand experience designing and developing pumps, compressors, and turbines for skids or fixed processing systems.
  • Firsthand knowledge of Made-to-Order (MTO) and Engineered-to-Order (ETO) equipment and process lines.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card). No Sponsorship is available.
