Inpatient Therapist Pool Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Therapist, you will work in an acute care setting, providing direct social services to patients and their families. You will develop, coordinate, and facilitate therapeutic treatment services in individual, group, and family settings, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop the plan of care for patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic treatment services to patients and their families, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, setting goals and interventions to support patient progress.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed, assessing patient safety and developing strategies to mitigate risk.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in a thorough and timely manner.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure or certification in a relevant field (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
