Operations Manager Job Description

At redbox+ Dumpsters, we're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring seamless delivery of our services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve repair and maintenance issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Optimize daily routes to ensure efficient delivery of Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job sites.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and homeowners to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Utilize Whip Around Maintenance and Inspection program daily, ensuring compliance with safety rules and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project managers, drivers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with drivers, communicating company policies and expectations.
  • Recruit, train, and conduct performance reviews of drivers.
  • Collaborate with the office manager to address customer complaints and critical matters.
  • Direct and oversee transportation operations within the company.
Requirements:
  • Commercial driving experience (1 year preferred)
  • Management experience (3 years preferred)
  • CDL Class A or B (required)
  • DOT Medical Card (required)
  • Driver History Report (MVR) (required)
