Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at GTT, LLC. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product owners and development teams to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies and plans.
  • Write and document comprehensive test cases using DevOps or other Agile tools.
  • Execute test cases, identify defects, and track remediation efforts.
  • Leverage automation tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Manage defect tracking and reporting processes.
  • Work effectively within cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
  • 5+ years of experience working on Agile and Waterfall development projects.
  • 5+ years of experience writing and documenting test cases.
  • 7+ years of experience testing Java-based applications and Oracle databases.
  • 7+ years of experience developing Agile testing strategies and test plans.
  • 5+ years of experience translating Agile User Stories into test cases.
  • 7+ years of experience working independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience writing test scripts with automation tools (e.g., Selenium).
  • Experience coordinating Agile automated testing with QA and development teams.
  • Experience coding with Java to write test automation scripts.
