Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine checks, tests, and inspections of materials, goods in process, and finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Report results to the Quality Manager and take necessary action to address any quality issues.
  • Inspect suppliers' products and materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Determine the disposition of nonconforming materials and record information in our database.
  • Use proper gauges and equipment to evaluate product quality.
  • Perform daily line audits and product audits as assigned.
  • Record results of audits on required reports and provide feedback to the Line Supervisor and Quality Manager.
  • Participate in ISO 16949 and A2LA audits and proficiency testing.
  • Participate in Gage R&R studies and equipment verification.
  • Perform all roles and responsibilities as defined by our policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school or technical education required.
  • 2 years of automotive experience preferred.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
