Caregiver - Senior Living Specialist

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are passionate about providing high-quality care and services to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager to join our team.
The Care Manager will be responsible for providing individualized care and services to a consistent group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This includes building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, assisting with activities of daily living, and providing life-enriching activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for serving seniors, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. If you are committed to delivering exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of our residents, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide life-enriching activities, such as arts and crafts, music, and exercise
- Participate in the development of individualized service plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of risk management programs and policies
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications may be required in certain states
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
