Job Title: Caregiver

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing personalized care and attention to their unique needs and preferences.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to ensure residents receive the highest quality care.
  • Respond to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining open communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance resident outcomes.
  • Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices in senior care, ensuring the highest level of care and service.
Requirements:
  • Dedication to serving seniors with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications and experience in senior care preferred.
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the best interest of residents.
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing resident needs.
