Job Title: Caregiver

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing high-quality care and services to our residents. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our seniors.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing medications.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
  • Respond to the dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
  • Participate in the promotion of Risk Management programs and policies.
Qualifications:
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
  • In states where appropriate, must maintain certifications.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
