As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, promoting State Farm products, and building strong relationships within the community.
**Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote State Farm products.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including activity reports to management.
**Requirements**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
