Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Assist landlords in navigating the market and making informed decisions.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Advertise available properties through various media channels and promotional materials.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Determine the needs, standards, and economic viability of potential customers.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the current property market status and trends.
  • Property Information: Provide detailed information on all aspects of properties, including expansion, zoning, crime, and more.
  • Leasing and Sales: Negotiate leasing terms and conditions, and close deals.
  • Transaction Management: Handle all transactions and ensure accurate paperwork.
  • Relationship Building: Establish relationships with landlords and tenants in various industries for future leases, sales, or purchases.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
  • Real Estate License: Valid state real estate license.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with diverse populations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Customer Service: Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  • Financial Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles, including calculating intermediate figures and conducting financial analysis.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex problems involving multiple options and advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Professional Judgment: Use professional judgment and make decisions with a thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities efficiently and effectively.
  • Driver's License: Valid Driver's License.
