About the Insurance Broker position

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to help us drive business growth and development at Alchemy Financial Group. Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, promoting and selling our insurance plans, and building long-term relationships with clients to ensure the stability and growth of our company.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to develop tailored risk management strategies that meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to sell our insurance plans to current and new clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities to propose our insurance plans and other services to business and individual customers.
  • Review insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and present them to stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain accurate bookkeeping systems, databases, and records.
  • Meet sales targets for new clients and insurance products.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and updates in the insurance industry.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in providing client-focused solutions and building strong customer relationships.
  • Experience working with various types of insurance plans, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical, and others.
  • Strong knowledge of computers and statistical methods.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills.
  • Results-driven and able to work independently.
  • High school or Bachelor's degree; professional certification is a plus.
