Compensation for Caregivers

Caregiver Qualifications

  • Caregiver Certification is a Plus, but Not Mandatory; Paid Training is Offered

Key Responsibilities of the Caregiver

  • Provide individualized support to clients in their homes.
  • Deliver exceptional in-home care and companionship, following personalized care plans.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transportation for appointments or outings.
  • Support clients with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
  • Facilitate physical therapy exercises as needed.
  • Plan and prepare meals with client involvement.
  • Accompany clients during shopping trips or handle shopping tasks.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties that clients may struggle with.
  • Be a friendly and supportive companion.
  • Document and report any unusual occurrences.
  • Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations.
