  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication, therapy, and lifestyle changes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited medical school program.
  • Completion of an accredited United States Family Practice Residency program.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Valid Arizona medical license.
  • Valid DEA certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three (3) years of experience in community health.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish.
  • Electronic Health Records experience.
