We are seeking an experienced estate planning attorney to join our team at United Placement Group. As an estate planning attorney, you will focus on wills, trusts, and related matters while we handle the administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review estate planning documents
  • Provide expert advice on estate planning strategies
  • Work with clients to understand their estate planning needs
  • Develop and implement estate plans that meet clients' goals
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of estate plan drafting experience
  • Expertise in probate avoidance, asset protection, business formation and succession planning
  • Knowledge of taxation, Medicaid-related issues, and special needs planning
  • Comfort with virtual consultations
