Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Trust Officer to provide investment management and trust administration services to high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer personal, estate, and charitable trust accounts
  • Act as fiduciary to make and implement investment decisions per the terms of trusts
  • Prepare detailed asset allocation recommendations and implement investment strategy
  • Analyze trusts and provide creative solutions to help minimize taxes and transfer costs
  • Communicate regularly with grantors, beneficiaries, attorneys, CPAs, and brokers
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws/regulations related to trust administration

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of trust operations and investment portfolio management experience
  • CFP or CTFA designation preferred
  • Series 65 license required
  • Excellent client service orientation and communication skills
  • Strong aptitude for analyzing complex trust structures and tax implications
  • Proficiency with financial planning and portfolio modeling software
