Role Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through company-sponsored initiatives and employee-driven outreach.
  • Maintain precise records of all sales activities.
  • Follow up with prospects using established Gold's Gym sales methodologies.
  • Conduct gym tours effectively, adhering to our sales systems.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, utilizing our sales protocols.
  • Establish and maintain community lead generation initiatives.
  • Implement a referral program as per company standards.
  • Utilize the FC planner to track sales activities.
  • Stay informed about Gold's Gym pricing and promotional offerings.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of club history, philosophy, and policies.
  • Adhere to and enforce company policies regarding gym operations.
  • Take initiative in developing personal sales skills.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues and support team objectives.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma with some college coursework preferred; a degree in a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to meet testing requirements related to sales processes.
  • Proven capability to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Understanding of Gold's Gym membership sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with sales reporting metrics.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Current CPR Certification is required.
