\rThis Test Engineering role is within a lab environment and includes the design, planning and execution of RCS / Low Observable (LO) testing for individual programs.\rThe test engineer has the responsibility for test planning, configuration of the test, model preparation, data collection and post-processing, as well as holding data reviews with program engineers.\rThe role will include standard lab and facility upkeep as well as frequent use of hand tools, overhead cranes, and mobile elevated working platforms.\rOn the job training is anticipated and will be required.\rRoles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\ul>\. Providing Antenna Test Engineering support for RCS test facilities\. LO test article configuration, mounting and testing\. Troubleshooting radar system and data analysis issues during test\. Support technicians with troubleshooting and training\. Collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements\\Required Skills and Qualifications
\. BS Degree in science, engineering, or other STEM-related plus a minimum of 2 years relatable experience -or- an MS degree in areas described above\. RF bench-testing or Antenna range/Compact range operator experience\. Willingness to work in a laboratory environment as a Range Test Engineer fulltime including an anechoic chamber\. Must be able to lift 50lbs on a routine basis\. Must be willing to operate overhead cranes and mobile elevated working platforms on a routine basis\. Active US Secret Level Security clearance with the ability to obtain Special Access Program Clearance is required to start\. US Citizenship is required.\\Benefits
