The estimated salary for this position is $102,400 - $153,600 per year, based on industry standards and location.

About the Job

\

We are seeking an experienced Electromagnetic Systems Engineer to join our Radar Cross Section (RCS) Test Engineering Team at our Linthicum, MD campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing RCS / Low Observable (LO) testing for individual programs.

\

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and plan RCS / LO testing for individual programs.\
  • Configure test equipment and conduct tests in a laboratory environment.\
  • Analyze data and troubleshoot radar system issues.\
  • Collaborate with design engineers to improve hardware and test processes.\
\

Requirements

\

To be considered for this role, you must have a BS degree in science, engineering, or other STEM-related field, plus a minimum of 2 years relatable experience. Alternatively, an MS degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years experience may also be considered.

\

You should also possess RF bench-testing experience, a willingness to work in a laboratory environment, and the ability to lift 50lbs on a routine basis.

\

A valid US Secret Level Security clearance with the ability to obtain Special Access Program Clearance is also required.

\
