Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Translate the company's vision and strategy into a localized plan that resonates with the team and maximizes local market connectivity.
- Market Development: Drive community connectivity, connecting back to overall company strategies, and develop local market consumer insight to identify commercial opportunities.
- Market Planning: Support the Market Planning process with deep localized knowledge, develop rolling marketplace strategic plans, and tie back to larger brand P&L with respect to real estate, market planning, talent, and capability.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team to cultivate strategic relationships with vendors' local assets, local influencers, and enablers, and drive change management, synergy, productivity, and harmonization of processes across the region to elevate customer experience.
- Financial Management: Drive core business to deliver business plans for the area, and build capability to deliver exceptional revenue and profit results.
- Communication: Provide inspirational leadership with clear communication to a team of geographically dispersed leaders.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of retail store operations experience, including experience in a senior leadership role with multi-store and multi-branded concepts.
- Leadership: Experience leading large teams, including direct VP and Senior Director level reports, with a proven track record of success leadership abilities.
- Skills: Ability to support Market Planning process with deep localized knowledge, develop rolling marketplace strategic plans, and drive change management, synergy, productivity, and harmonization of processes across the region.
- Compensation: The annual base salary range is $250,000 - $280,000 / year.
