Role Overview

As a Finance Intern at HR Pals LLC, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in various facets of our financial operations, collaborating closely with our finance department. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable insights into essential financial processes while allowing you to contribute meaningfully to our team. You will work part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in cash management and reconciliation tasks, along with other financial reconciliations (e.g., prepaids, accruals, fixed assets).
  • Support various projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
  • Engage in compliance-related activities and help maintain precise financial records.
  • Gain exposure to diverse functions within the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
Who You Are
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting, with an expected graduation in the near future.
  • Demonstrated interest in finance and accounting, with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
  • Detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
