Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Engineering Technician I to join our team in Portland, OR. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with project owners, superintendents, and engineers to ensure project success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects and ensure all work is in conformance with contractual requirements.
  • Verify all materials incorporated into the project conform to submittals, project specifications, and drawings.
  • Create outgoing correspondence to clients, subcontractors, and other entities, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage change order process with project owners and trade partners.
  • Support services include maintaining engineering drawing libraries, clerical support, material testing, and concrete compression strength testing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and/or Civil Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project.
  • Ability to learn new computer programs quickly and knowledge of Bluebeam PDF software.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
