Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Technician I to join our team in Portland, OR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with project owners, superintendents, and engineers to ensure project success.
  • Verify all work conforms to contractual requirements and project specifications.
  • Manage change order process, including identification, preparation, and timely submittal of protests and requests for equitable adjustments or claims.
  • Support services include maintaining engineering drawing libraries, databases, and performing material testing.
  • Perform support services to ensure engineering and technical documentation is current and available in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and/or Civil Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project.
  • Ability to learn new computer programs quickly and knowledge of Bluebeam PDF software.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
