Administrative Assistant

UHY LLP is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to facilitate the smooth operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Preparation: Generate and deliver engagement letters, SAS reports, financial statements and proposals, and maintain and update standard operating procedures and templates.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, update and maintain team task management software, finalize workpapers for permanent records, assign employee/manager reviews following completion of projects, and deliver proposals and engagement letters.
  • Office Support: Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service, support special projects and initiatives as assigned, and occasional reception area coverage.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Skills: Proficient in using office software and tools, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), software proficiency in Engagement, CCH Prosystem FH, Axcess Tax, Axcess Document, Axcess Workstream, Maconomy, and Safesend, and advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and comparing reports across various platforms.

Preferred Qualifications: Editing experience and advanced Excel skills.
