Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

As a key member of our Frptoys team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media and search strategy to boost our online presence and drive marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior, and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms to captivate our audience.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and edit written, video, and photo content that aligns with our brand voice.
  • Monitor and maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels.
  • Engage with users, respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics to inform our marketing strategy.
  • Optimize online engagement rates for impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, revenue, conversion rates, CPC, and CPM.
  • Coordinate with team members to analyze and monitor campaign opportunities and provide direction on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Promote campaigns through various mediums and channels, including websites, email, social media, and other advertising channels.
  • Prepare digital marketing briefs that include creative, copy, and featured merchandise direction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date email and SMS marketing calendar.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or at a similar capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space.
  • Strong sense of brand voice.
  • Experience with Pay Per Click Campaign Management, particularly with Google Adwords, is a plus.
