Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
  • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a Lead Teacher or 3 years as an Assistant Teacher managing a classroom is essential
  • Experience in developing, writing, and executing lesson plans and educational programs is required
  • Must comply with state-specific regulations for this position
  • Preferred: Early Childhood Education coursework

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with fellow educators to establish a welcoming and engaging classroom environment for children to learn, play, and thrive

  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, engaging with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a manner tailored to each child's unique needs

  • Contribute to the center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to meet goals related to enrollment and engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Expected Weekly Hours: 38-45
