Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Toddler Educator to join our vibrant team at The Learning Experience. Our mission is to enrich the lives of children, their families, and the community through exceptional educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to cultivate a warm and engaging classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and growth.
  • Utilize a positive mindset to nurture young learners and instill a lifelong passion for education.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailored to meet the diverse needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
  • Create a secure and supportive environment where children can explore and develop.
  • Maintain open communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's progress and experiences through various channels.
  • Contribute to the center's success by working closely with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement objectives.
  • Foster relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic and interactive learning space.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a Lead Teacher or 3 years as an Assistant Teacher managing a classroom is essential.
  • Experience in developing, writing, and executing lesson plans and educational programs is necessary.
  • Must comply with state-specific guidelines for this role.
  • Early Childhood Education coursework is preferred.
